These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Dream Castle Interactive (“Dream Castle Interactive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our website and any games, applications, and other services we provide (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our Services currently consist primarily of this website, which presents information about our studio and lets you contact us. Over time we may add games, applications, and related features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and we will not be liable to you for doing so.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You will not: misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or their security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; use automated means to scrape or overload the Services; infringe the rights of others; upload or transmit harmful, unlawful, or misleading content; or use the Services to distribute spam or malware. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
If you send us ideas, game pitches, designs, feedback, job applications, or other materials (“Submissions”), you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not violate anyone else’s rights. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Submissions are not treated as confidential, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review and evaluate them for the purpose of considering a possible collaboration. We receive many ideas, and similar concepts may be developed by us or others independently, so sending a Submission does not create any obligation for us to use it, keep it confidential, or compensate you, except under a separate signed agreement.
The Services, including our website, games, applications, logos, text, graphics, and design, are owned by Dream Castle Interactive or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by us or allowed by law.
The Services may link to or rely on third-party services, platforms, and app stores that we do not control, such as hosting providers and mobile app stores. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. When you download an app we publish through an app store, that store’s terms also apply.
This section applies if and when we offer paid products or in-app purchases. Any prices, billing, and refund terms will be presented at the point of sale and may be handled by the relevant app store or payment provider under their own terms. We will describe the specific terms for each paid product when it becomes available.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Castle Interactive and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Services. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Castle Interactive from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right, to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, while we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
